Warehouse control tower

Dock-to-stock time, throughput, accuracy, and dock utilization tracked live across every warehouse.

What actually changes

Know exactly which warehouse and which metric is actually dragging your network down, today.

Dock delays, pick errors, and late dispatches each live in a different report — if anyone's tracking them at all — so a warehouse's real performance is a guess.

See dock-to-stock time, throughput, accuracy, and dispatch performance for every warehouse on one screen
Spot the exact warehouse-and-metric pair that's furthest off target, ranked automatically
Trace a dock delay back to the actual truck, door, and carrier that caused it

What was built

A live control tower with dock-to-stock time, inbound/outbound throughput, order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and dock utilization per warehouse, plus a network heatmap that ranks every warehouse against every metric at once.

The mechanics

How this actually runs, step by step.

  1. 1Every dock event — truck arrival, unload complete, putaway complete — is timestamped and rolled into a per-warehouse dock-to-stock time.
  2. 2Inbound/outbound throughput, order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and dock utilization are computed per warehouse from the same event stream.
  3. 3A network heatmap plots every warehouse against every metric at once, colored against a fixed target — not a relative ranking that hides a genuinely bad number.
  4. 4The single furthest-off-target warehouse/metric pair is surfaced automatically as the network bottleneck.
  5. 5Clicking any dock event drills into the actual truck, door, and carrier behind a delay.
