Advanced e-commerce automation suite
Multi-channel order sync, stock/price exception checks, and a daily auto-mailer summary — all from one script.
What actually changes
Stop running order sync, stock checks, and a leadership summary as three scripts nobody fully trusts.
Order sync, stock/price checks, and a daily summary each live in separate scripts, so someone still opens the sheet by hand to be sure it actually ran.
See every channel's sync status, duplicates skipped, and stock/price exceptions in one place, not three
Catch a price or stock mismatch the same run it happens, not at the next manual check
Get a daily ops summary emailed automatically, with a send log proving it actually went out
What was built
One consolidated Apps Script pipeline: pulls every channel's orders, flags stock and price mismatches, and emails a daily ops summary automatically — no separate scripts, no manual compiling.
Result
1
auto-mailer summary, zero manual compiling
The mechanics
How this actually runs, step by step.
- 1A single time-driven trigger fires on schedule, running every automation in sequence rather than as separate scripts someone has to remember to run.
- 2Each connected channel is pulled and deduped against the last sync watermark, so nothing is double-counted or double-fulfilled.
- 3Stock and price data are checked against the source of truth, and any mismatch is written to an exceptions log with the expected vs. actual value.
- 4A daily summary email is composed from that run's own numbers — orders synced, duplicates skipped, exceptions found — and sent automatically.
- 5The mailer log keeps a record of every send, so a missed day is visible immediately, not discovered a week later.
